Would you want to know if your next door neighbour was a convicted sex offender? Would you want to know if a man living in the foothills of Kentucky had been convicted of 510.050 Rape in the 2nd Degree... Would you want to know his victims age was just that of 9yrs?
I'd like to name the above offender, however, I would be breaking the law... yet the man who rapes a 9yr old is walking free??? Go figure!
510.050 Rape in the second degree.
(1) A person is guilty of rape in the second degree when:
(a) Being eighteen (18) years old or more, he engages in sexual intercourse with another person less than fourteen (14) years old; or
(b) He engages in sexual intercourse with another person who is mentally incapacitated.
(2) Rape in the second degree is a Class C felony.
Effective: July 15, 2002
History: Amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 259, sec. 3, effective July 15, 2002. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 85, effective January 1, 1975.

UNDER KRS 525.070 & 525.080, USE OF INFORMATION FROM THIS WEBSITE TO HARASS A SEX OFFENDER IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE PUNISHABLE BY UP TO 90 DAYS IN THE COUNTY JAIL. MORE SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES APPLY FOR MORE SEVERE CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST A SEX OFFENDER.
I took that to mean I'm not allowed to name them, but hey, who knows what I'll do if given the support...
